I used to do food videos (I should get back into it) and one of my most viewed videos and one of my favorite recipes was the Upside Down Pizza! Funny how I shot this in 2019 and just now it's popping up on other's channels all over social media. All you need is a cast iron skillet an oven or a Big Green Egg, dough, sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings. This is perfect to be prepared to make when the weather is crazy and you want something tasting and comforting, like during a Winter Vortex.
